You will definitely need to supply text related to the details of the design whether is for an event, a product release or an online project, and some idea of the kind of theme you'd like to use.

I always suggest that if you have other resources from which to work from as a base - that is a design with a similar theme or vibe to what you'd like for your design, send it as an attachment or a link. Our designers won't copy the design for you, but it helps to give us an impression of what you want, and as our designer are very skilled, they will be able to deliver a similar standard of design quality with the appropriate

If you have any materials - photos etc. that you want to incorporate or to form the centrepiece of your design then you will want to send those as high resolution attachments when you email me.

Payment: We will most likely send you either low resolution or watermarked drafts, when you are satisified with the design you can make payment and the watermark will be removed.
